摘要
目的:探讨渗漏点原位封闭在肿瘤患者碘对比剂中重度外渗处理中的效果。方法:回顾性分析渗漏点原位封闭与环形封闭在碘对比剂中重度外渗肿瘤患者中的应用情况,对两组封闭的疼痛症状,外渗进展情况,包括消肿时间、有无色素沉着及是否有水泡进行对比。结果:渗漏点原位封闭组患者疼痛程度明显低于环形封闭组(P<0.05),而两组渗漏进展情况无明显差异。结论:使用渗漏点原位封闭碘对比剂中重度外渗能够明显减轻肿瘤患者疼痛,达到与环形封闭处理碘对比剂中重度外渗的同等效果,从而减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the effects of in-situ blockade and annular blockade in the management of moderate and severe extravasation of iodine contrast agents in tumor patients.Methods:Data of patients with moderate and severe extravasation were retrospectively analyzed and compared between patients with in-situ blockade and those with annular blockade.Symptoms and progression of extravasation,including pigmentation,blisters and the time of detumescence,were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:The degree of pain in the in-situ blockade group at the leakage point was significantly lower than that in the annular blockade group,and there was no significant difference in the progression of leakage between the two groups.Conclusion:In-situ blockade for moderate and severe extravasation of iodine contrast agents can significantly reduce the pain of tumor patients and achieve the same effect as annular blockade,which is worthy of clinical application.
