摘要
目的:研究CT增强扫描受检者对比剂外渗发生情况以及相关影响因素。方法:本文抽选2021年8月~2022年12月7749例CT增强扫描受检者作为观察对象,统计上述受检者的对比剂外渗发生情况,整理其相关资料数据,分析导致对比剂外渗的相关影响因素。结果:研究中增强CT扫描受检者的对比剂外渗发生率为0.43%,外渗组患者的高龄、住院、CTA检查、护理人员低年资、高注射速率占比均明显高于非外渗组,P<0.05;外渗组和非外渗组性别占比相比差异不明显,P>0.05。结论:CT增强扫描过程中,患者有一定概率发生对比剂外渗的情况,其同患者年龄(高龄)、注射速率(高速率)、检查项目(CTA)、护理人员年资(低年资)等因素有关。
Objective:To study the occurrence and related influencing factors of contrast agent extravasation in patients undergoing CT enhanced scanning.Methods:This article selected 7749 CT enhanced scan subjects as observation objects,with a sample selection period from August 2021 to December 2022.The occurrence of contrast agent extravasation in these subjects was statistically analyzed,and their relevant data was organized to analyze the influencing factors of contrast agent extravasation.Results:The incidence of contrast agent extravasation in patients undergoing enhanced CT scanning in the study was 0.43%.The proportion of advanced age,hospitalization,CTA examination,low seniority of nursing staff,and high injection rate in the extravasation group was significantly higher than that in the non extravasation group,with P<0.05;There was no significant difference in the gender ratio between the extravasation group and the non extravasation group,with P>0.05.Conclusion:During CT enhanced scanning,patients have a certain probability of contrast agent extravasation,which is related to factors such as patient age(advanced age),injection rate(high rate),examination items(CTA),and nursing staff seniority(low seniority).
