摘要
目的:探讨RhoA在乳腺癌中的表达及与淋巴管生成、淋巴结转移的关系,分析其潜在临床应用价值。方法:选择140例乳腺癌患者和70例纤维瘤患者作为研究对象,收集其手术切除石蜡标本,采用免疫组化S-P法测定RhoA表达并标记淋巴管,对淋巴管密度(LVD)进行计数。分析RhoA在乳腺癌中的表达情况与LVD以及临床病理学参数之间的关系。结果:乳腺癌患者RhoA表达的阳性率和LVD值均高于纤维瘤患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Spearman相关性分析显示乳腺癌组织中RhoA表达与淋巴结转移、临床分期以及LVD值均呈现正相关(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌中RhoA蛋白的表达可以促进乳腺癌淋巴管的新生,与淋巴结转移、临床分期以及LVD值均呈现正相关,可为乳腺癌淋巴道的转移抑制提供新的研究方向,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective:To explore the expression of RhoA in breast cancer and its relationship with lymphangiogenesis and lymph node metastasis,analyze the relationship between the two,and to analyze its potential clinical application value.Methods:140 patients with breast cancer and 70 patients with fibroids were selected as the research objects.The paraffin specimens were collected by surgical excision,RhoA expression was measured by immunohistochemical S-P method,and lymphatic vessels were also labeled by immunohistochemical S-P method,the lymphatic vessel density(LVD)was counted.The relationship between RhoA expression in breast cancer and LVD and clinicopathological parameters were analyzed.Results:The positive rate of RhoA expression and LVD value in breast cancer patients were significantly higher than those in fibroids,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Correlation analysis by Spearman showed that RhoA expression in breast cancer tissues was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis,clinical stage,and LVD value(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of RhoA protein in breast cancer can promote the formation of lymphatic vessels in breast cancer,and it is positively correlated with lymph node metastasis,clinical stage and LVD value,which can provide a new research direction for the inhibition of lymph node metastasis in breast cancer and has certain clinical application value.
