摘要
目的探讨针刺乳腺活检病理诊断在乳腺癌中的诊断价值。方法前瞻性选取2024年3月—2025年3月内蒙古林业总医院接收的100例疑似乳腺癌患者为研究对象,所有患者均经影像学检查初步诊断为乳腺肿物(恶性不除外),对本次研究患者均实施乳腺肿物针刺活检以及手术切除肿物组织活检,并进行病理检查,以手术切除肿物组织活检为金标准,分析针刺乳腺活检病理诊断效果。结果100例患者经组织病理学诊断证实为乳腺癌患者为42例,乳腺良性肿瘤患者为58例,针刺乳腺活检病理诊断乳腺癌为40例,其敏感度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为97.50%(39/40)、95.00%(57/60)、96.00%(96/100)、92.86%(39/42)、98.28%(57/58),Kappa值=0.917。结论针刺乳腺活检在乳腺癌病理诊断中的效果显著,其敏感性较高,微创性、高效性和可重复性使其成为乳腺癌诊断的首选方法之一,在早期诊断和治疗中发挥重要价值。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of pathological diagnosis of acupuncture breast biopsy in breast cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients with suspected breast cancer received by Inner Mongolia General Forestry Hospital from March 2024 to March 2025 were prospectively selected as the research objects.All patients were ini-tially diagnosed as breast masses(malignant not excluded)by imaging examination.All patients in this study under-went breast mass needle biopsy and surgical resection of tumor tissue biopsy,and pathological examination was per-formed.The surgical resection of tumor tissue biopsy was used as the gold standard to analyze the pathological diagno-sis effect of acupuncture breast biopsy.Results There were 42 cases of breast cancer confirmed by histopathological diagnosis in 100 patients,58 cases of benign breast tumor,and 40 cases of breast cancer diagnosed by acupuncture breast biopsy.The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 97.50%(39/40),95.00%(57/60),96.00%(96/100),92.86%(39/42),98.28%(57/58),Kappa value=0.917.Conclu-sion Acupuncture breast biopsy has a significant effect in the pathological diagnosis of breast cancer.Its high sensitiv-ity,minimally invasive,high efficiency and repeatability make it one of the preferred methods for the diagnosis of breast cancer and play an important role in early diagnosis and treatment.
