Raf激酶抑制剂蛋白与肿瘤干细胞相关因子的相互作用

Interaction Between Raf Kinase Inhibitor Protein and Tumor Stem Cell Related Factors

摘要 Raf激酶抑制剂蛋白(RKIP)是磷脂酰乙醇胺结合蛋白家族的成员。在癌症中,RKIP对药物/免疫介导的细胞凋亡具有转移抑制和化学免疫增敏作用。大多数癌症表现出RKIP的低水平或无水平。一些研究表明,RKIP与肿瘤干细胞(CSC)转录因子存在直接关系。本文简要综述RKIP与几种CSC转录因子,如Oct4、KLF4、Sox2和Nanog在信号通路中存在的相互作用,RKIP表达水平可能参与了CSC表型的调控。 Raf kinase inhibitor protein(RKIP)is a member of the phosphatidylethanolamine binding protein family.It has been reported in cancer that RKIP has the effects of metastasis inhibition and chemoimmunosensitization on drug/immune-mediated apoptosis.The majority of cancers exhibit low or no levels of RKIP.Studies have shown that RKIP is directly related to cancer stem cell(CSC)transcription factors,thus this paper reviewed the interaction between RKIP and several tumor stem cell transcription factors in the signaling pathway,such as Oct4,KLF4,Sox2 and Nanog.The analysis of interactions between them suggested that the expression level of RKIP might be involved in the regulation of CSC phenotype.
