摘要
骨关节炎(OA)是一种以骨关节软骨退变伴随周围骨质增生为特点的退行性疾病,能够引发疼痛及行动不便,随着病情发展甚至能够致残,常常导致患者的生活质量严重受损,使家庭和社会承担巨大的经济负担。骨关节炎发生发展可能与多种因素有关,衰老过程与其有着密切联系。在衰老过程中,氧化应激(OS)发挥着相当重要的作用。氧化应激即机体氧化作用大于抗氧化能力,从而产生过量氧化中间产物,并直接或者间接促进了炎性反应的产生及细胞的死亡或功能抑制。文章对氧化应激过程与骨关节炎发生发展的相关性作一阐述,并探讨应用抗氧化应激药物治疗骨关节炎的相关进展。
Osteoarthritis(OA)is a degenerative disease characterized by bone and articular cartilage degeneration accompanied by surrounding bone hyperplasia.It can cause pain and inconvenience,and can even become disabled as the disease progresses,often leading to a serious quality of life for patients.The damage caused the family and society to bear a huge economic burden.The occurrence and development of osteoarthritis may be related to many factors,and the aging process is closely related to it.In the aging process,oxidative stress(OS)plays a very important role.Oxidative stress means that the body's oxidation effect is greater than its antioxidant capacity,resulting in excessive oxidation intermediate products,and directly or indirectly promotes the production of inflammatory reactions and cell death or functional inhibition.This article describes the correlation between the oxidative stress process and the occurrence and development of osteoarthritis,and discusses the relevant progress in the application of anti-oxidative stress drugs in the treatment of osteoarthritis.
