桃仁膝康丸对膝骨关节炎大鼠血清SOD、MDA、NO的影响 被引量:18

摘要 目的:探讨桃仁膝康丸治疗膝关节骨关节炎进程中对大鼠血清SOD、MDA及NO含量的影响。方法:采用随机化原则将60只2月龄健康SD大鼠随机分为正常组(A)、模型组(B)、抗骨质增生胶囊组(C)、桃仁膝康丸组(D)4个组,每组15只。A组不予处理,B、C、D三组采用改良Hulth模型法复制大鼠膝关节骨性关节炎模型;造模1周后C、D组分别给予抗骨质增生胶囊和桃仁膝康丸进行灌胃治疗,A、B组给与等量生理盐水灌胃。治疗6周后将大鼠处死,取血清检测SOD、MDA及NO含量。结果:①模型组血清SOD含量较正常组明显降低(P<0.05);两用药组血清SOD含量比模型组明显升高(<P0.05),比正常组SOD含量明显下降(P<0.05)。②模型组血清MDA含量比正常组明显升高(P<0.05),两用药组血清中MDA含量比模型组明显降低(P<0.05),比正常组有所升高(P<0.05)。③模型组血清NO含量明显高于正常组(P<0.05);两用药组血清中NO含量比模型组明显降低(P<0.05),比正常组血清NO含量有所升高(P<0.05)。结论:桃仁膝康丸治疗膝关节骨关节炎有明显效果,可以提高血清中SOD活性,降低血清中MDA、NO水平;保护关节软骨,减轻关节软骨病理改变,从而延缓关节软骨退变,起到治疗膝骨关节炎的作用。 Objective:To study the effect of TaoRenXiKangWan (TRXKW) on the level of SOD, MDA and NO in the serum of the rats with genicular osteoarthrltis. Methods: Sixty SD rats of 2 month - year were randomly divide into four groups of 15 rats each: normal group ( A), model group ( B), KangGuZhi- ZengShengJiao capsule (KGZZSC) group ( C ) and TRXKW group ( D ). B, C, D group were established genieular osteoarthritis model by the modified Hulth method except for A group. One week after successfully established model, C, D group were treated with KGZZSC, TRXKW respectively ; while A, B group were trea- ted with the same volume of saline. Six weeks after the treatment, all the rats were killed to investigate the level of the SOD ,MDA and NO in the serum of the rats. Results:①The level of SOD in group B were signifi- cantly lower than that of the normal group (P 〈 0.05), while the level of SOD in C, D group was significantly higher than that of group B ( P 〈 0.05 ) and decreased significantly than that of group A ( P 〈 0.05 ). ② The level of MDA in group B were significantly higher than that of the normal group ( P 〈 0.05), while the level of MDA in C, D group was significantly lower than that of group B ( P 〈 0.05 ) and increased significantly than that of group A (P 〈 0.05).③ The level of NO in group B were significantly higher than that of the normal group ( P 〈 0.05 ), while the level of MDA in C, D group was significantly lower than that of group B ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and increased significantly than that of group A ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: TRXKW has effects on the treatment of the genicular osteoarthritis, which can increase the level of SOD and decreased the levels of MDA and NO in the serum ; relieve the articular cartilage pathological changes, delay the degeneration of cartilage,and play an important role in the treatment of genicular osteoarthritis.
