摘要
目的:探讨标准化病人教学法在护理本科生社区护理学实践教学中的应用效果。方法:采用立意抽样法,选取12名参加社区护理学标准化病人实践教学的本科护生进行半结构化访谈,用Colaizzi七步分析法对访谈资料进行分析并提炼主题。结果:在社区护理学实践教学中实施标准化病人教学法,可以提高学生参与实践学习的积极性,促进系统化临床思维形成,树立正确职业价值观,培养应变、沟通、团队合作能力等护理软技能,但也存在改进的空间。结论:在社区护理学实践教学中实施标准化病人教学法有助于培养应用型社区护理人才,但在引导学生适应教学方法转变、完善教学条件、提升教师教学能力、合理公正地评价等方面,仍须在实践中进一步完善。
Objective:To discuss the application effect of the teaching method of standardized patient in the practical course of Community Nursing for the nursing undergraduates.Methods:By purposive sampling method,12 nursing undergraduates who participated in the standardized patient practice teaching of"Community Nursing"were selected for semi-structured interviews,and seven steps of Colaizzi method was used to analyze the interview data and extract the topic.Results:The teaching method of standardized patient applied in the practical course of"Community Nursing"can motivate the students in practice study,accelerate their systematic clinical thinking,promote the formation of the correct professional values and improve their ability of nursing soft skill in response,communication and team work.At the same time,improvement in this method is needed.Conclusion:The teaching method of standardized patient applied in practice of community nursing contributes to application-oriented nursing talent training,meanwhile,further improvement is demanded for students'adaption to the transformation of the teaching method,improvement of teaching conditions,enhancement of teachers'abilities and reasonable and fair evaluation,etc.
