摘要
数字经济背景下,数字创业团队利用数字技术开展数字创业活动且主要负责企业数字战略决策和持续运作,是主导与推动数字创业发展的重要因素。首先,本文在梳理创业团队和数字创业研究的基础上,从数字创业团队成员构成数量的基本要求、数字技术的赋能作用和数字创业团队的主体作用3个层面出发,对数字创业团队的内涵进行了界定。其次,从团队构成、团队认知、团队决策、管理手段和运作方式5个方面系统探讨了数字创业团队相较于传统创业团队的新特征。再次,基于I-P-O范式,构建了数字创业团队研究的理论框架,包含数字创业团队的创业过程以及该过程的影响因素和结果产出,并考虑了数字技术的支撑作用。最后,总结了本文的理论意义和管理启示,并提出了未来研究方向。
Under the background of digital economy,digital entrepreneurship team uses digital technology to carry out digital entrepreneurship activities and is mainly responsible for digital strategy decision-making and continuous operation of enterprises,which is an important factor leading and promoting the development of digital entrepreneurship.First of all,on the basis of sorting out the research on entrepreneurial team and digital entrepreneurship,it defined the connotation of digital entrepreneurial team from three aspects:the basic requirements of the number of digital entrepreneurial team members,the enabling role of digital technology and the main role of digital entrepreneurial team.Secondly,it systematically discussed the new characteristics of digital entrepreneurial team compared with traditional entrepreneurial team from five aspects:team composition,team cognition,team decision-making,management tool and operation mode.Thirdly,based on the I-P-O paradigm,a theoretical framework for the study on digital entrepreneurial team was constructed,including the entrepreneurial process of digital entrepreneurial team,the influencing factors in the process and the outcome output,and the supporting role of digital technology was considered.Finally,the theoretical significance and management implications were summarized,and future research directions were proposed.
