摘要
针对真丝素绉缎直喷数码印花前处理浆料,对其主要成分及质量分数进行了研究,确定了较佳的应用工艺参数。通过分别研究海藻酸钠、碳酸氢钠、尿素及硫酸钠质量分数对数码印花效果的影响,得出真丝素绉缎数码印花前处理浆料各组分最佳配比为:海藻酸钠3%,碳酸氢钠2.5%,尿素7%,硫酸钠6%。此时数码印花织物得色较深,对真丝织物的白度及手感影响较小。在前处理浆料处理后,可得到良好的数码印花效果,色牢度较好,一般可达4级或以上,满足应用的要求。
The paper analyzed the pre-treatment paste of direct-inkjet digital printing of silk satin, studied main components and mass fraction of the pre-treatment paste and confirmed the better technological parameters. In addition, the influences of mass fractions of sodium alga acid, sodium bicarbonate, urea and sodium sulfate on digital printing were studied respectively. Thus, optimum pre-treatment paste recipe was gained as follows: sodium alga acid, 3% sodium bicarbonate 2.5% , urea 7% and sodium sulfate 6%. Under these conditions, the color of digital printing fabric was dark and the influences on whiteness and hand feeling of silk fabric were small. After processing the pre-treatment paste, good digital printing effect could be gained with excellent color fastness which generally could reach Level 4 and above and meet the application requirements.
