Sizing process in digital printing of cotton fabrics

摘要 研究棉织物数码印花上浆中各工艺参数对青、品红、黄、黑4种颜色印花得色量和渗化程度的影响。结果表明,当上浆配方中糊料DGT-6用量为3.0%,尿素用量为10%,元明粉用量为3.0%,碳酸氢钠用量为2.0%,增深剂R-CS-1用量为1.0%时,数码印花织物表观得色量K/S值达到最好,渗化程度较低,各项色牢度均达到4级以上。 Sizing process of digital printing of cotton fabric is studied. The influences of printing paste on color yield and flushing degree of cyan,magenta,yellow and black printing are discussed. The results show that the digital printing fabric features the best/O'S value, low degree of flushing and Grade 4 or above of color fastnesses with printing paste of 3.0% thickener DGT-6, 10% urea, 3.0% sodium sulfate, 2.0% sodium bicarbonate, 1.0% deepening agent R-CS-1.
