摘要
在磨床原有液压系统的基础上,利用电磁节流阀和光电编码传感机构,通过子学习和微调控制策略,可以实现磨削循环的自动化和曲面轴零件的磨削加工,对实现普通磨床的低成本数控改造。
The numeral control scheme of general grinding machine by personal computer is presented,on the basis of hydraulic pressure system, by using electromagnetism throttles and photoelectrical encoder,through selfstudying control and selfstudying control strategy, the automatic cycle grinding process and curved shaft workpieces grinding can be realized, it is significance for realizing low price numeral control modification for general grinding machine.
