摘要
提出利用学习控制策略和变速度、变加速度位移指令生成方法控制磨床工作台位移,可使工作台实现空载快速运动,切入慢速进给,从而减小了惯性对加工精度的影响。计算机仿真结果表明,对于批量磨削加工相同轴类零件的磨床,该方法具有较高的控制精度。
The learning control strategy and the generating way of the displacement instructions through varying velocity and acceleration are presented to control the worktable displacement of grinding machine.Thus it can realize the fast moving in unloaded and slowly feeding in grinding process and reduce the inertia influence to processing precision.The computer simulation result indicated that this method has preferable control precision for a batch of same kind of the axis work-piece.
