摘要
介绍了气动PCM控制的基本原理,提出了一种气动PCM位置伺服系统。把数字PID技术应用于该系统。仿真和实验结果表明:PID控制能有效地改善系统的性能,重复定位最大误差小于±0.3mm。
The principle of pneumatic PCM control is introduced and a novel pneumatic PCM control circuit is proposed.A pneumatic PCM position servo system is set up based on it.The digital PID control is used for this pneumatic position servo system.The simulations and experiments show that the characteristics of the system are inproved greatly and the repeating position accuracy come up to when PID control is used.
