摘要
基于城乡绿地建设、发展中因经济效益缺失而存在的不可持续性风险,提出了"产业即景观,景观即产业"的"产业-景观"一体融合规划策略。探讨了产景融合规划的概念、内涵、特征及其可持续发展性。在此基础上,树立规划原则、确立规划内容、提出实施路径并探讨了产景规划的多尺度适应性和跨尺度协同,试图探索一条综合社会、环境、经济三大效益的城乡绿地规划设计之路,以解决现有问题,协调三大效益,达成可持续发展。
This paper proposes the integration of landscape-economy strategy as the solution to solve the unsustainable issue of landscape development.This paper discusses the concept,connotation,characteristic,and the sustainability of the integration of landscape-economy strategy.Then,this paper proposes planning principles,contents,method and the strategy with different scales of landscapes.Based on those researches,this paper explores a method to balance the environment benefits,social benefits and economic benefits in landscape projects,and to solve the existing issue,coordinate three benefits,and accomplish the sustainability of landscape development.
