摘要
用上海园林绿化产业化经营者的眼光,从环境产业系统的经济性角度,以园林绿化产业化的概念为核心,紧紧围绕园林绿化产业从投资、建设到管理的产业价值链,结合上海园林(集团)公司多角度的市场实践,对国内园林绿化产业化的成功案例进行了提炼和总结,对上海园林环境产业的价值链进行了深度挖掘。提出了园林绿化产业化的理论依据以及打通园林绿化产业化投资、建设、管理产业链的系统想法,以此改变目前园林绿化产业公益性为主的观念和运营状况,实现园林绿化产业价值升值,提高园林绿化运作水平的思路。
With the vision of Shanghai landscaping industry operators, from the economical point of view of the environment industry system, with the concept of industrialization of landscape greening as the core, with focus on the value chain of landscape greening from investment, construction to management, and with the varied market practice of Shanghai Gardens （Group） Company, the successful cases of domestic industrialization of landscape greening are analyzed and summarized, and the value chain of Shanghai landscaping industry is deeply explored. The theoretical basis for industrialization of landscape greening is put forward and the systemic thinking of getting through the chain of investment, construction and management, so as to change the major commonweal concept and the operation situation of landscaping industry, and realize the thinking of appreciating the value of landscaping industry and improving the landscaping operational level.
