摘要
校企合作在应用型人才培养中发挥了重要作用。目前,校企合作在职业院校中已经得到了广泛推广,但在本科院校中应用仍很少。以兼有基础性强和实践性强的“环境监测”课程为例,针对当前教学现状和存在问题,提出了校企合作基础上的“理论(项目驱动式)+案例”课堂教学模式和三阶段递进式实践教学模式,并从教师培养、组织经费保障和促进合作等方面探讨校企合作保障机制的构建。
School-enterprise cooperation plays an important role in the cultivation of applied talents.At present,school-enterprise cooperation has been widely promoted in vocational colleges,but rarely used in undergraduate colleges.Taking the course of environmental monitoring,which is both basic and practical,as an example,aiming at the current teaching situation and existing problems,this paper puts forward the teaching mode of“theory(project driven)+case”and the three-stage progressive practical teaching mode based on school-enterprise cooperation,and discusses the construction of guarantee mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation from the aspects of teacher cultivation,organization fund guarantee and promotion of cooperation.
