摘要
高铁来势汹汹,面对严峻的外部环境,民航服务业人才培养更需加大改革力度,围绕民航总局提出的各项举措,确立人才培养的重心和发展方向,提升服务人员综合素质,提高行业总体竞争力,凸显"服务"、"速度"和"安全"三大优势,探索新时期民航服务业人才培养的途径。
Since high-speed rails has broken in in full fury,so there is an emergence for the civil aviation service industry to promote its personnel training system through a more sound and frequent reformation,especially in face of all kinds of external severe suppression.Following the CAAC＇s initiatives,departments in point should clarify their cores and orientation of talent cultivation;they had better upgrade the overall quality of the staff at service;and meanwhile,they need to strengthen the comprehensive competitiveness of the industry.This article explores personnel training approaches in civil aviation service system in this new ear by highlighting its three major ascendancies： service,speed and security.
