摘要
近年来气田采出水量越来越大,给原有自然沉降方式进行污水处理工艺带来较大的挑战。通过取样分析了现有水处理工艺中水样水质条件,分析表明目前水质条件需要进一步改善才能满足回注地层水水质要求,因此在原有自然沉降基础上,通过实验分析筛选了最佳的p H调节剂和絮凝剂,为絮凝沉降工艺提供指导,通过絮凝沉降有效降低采出水中固体颗粒悬浮物和含油量。
In recent years,the produced water amount of gas field is more and more large,which brings great challenge to the original natural settlement way for sewage treatment.The water quality of water samples in the existing water treatment process was analyzed.The analysis results show that the current water quality conditions need to be further improved to meet the water quality requirements of reinjection formation water.Therefore,on the basis of the original natural settlement,the best pH regulator and flocculant were selected through experimental analysis to provide guidance for the flocculation settlement process,and the solid and oil content in the produced water was effectively reduced through flocculation settlement.
