摘要
报道了近几年来江苏油田回注污水处理技术的改进。2005年以来,对真武、杨家坝污水处理系统进行了改造:为应对来水量和水质的大幅度波动,在系统前端增设了储水罐;除油和去除悬浮物在不同的罐内进行并改进了两罐内部结构;视对水质的要求采用二级或三级过滤,改进了全自动双室精细过滤技术;结果使处理后回注污水水质有了很大提高,改造后处理工艺的主要不足之有:流程偏长,立式储罐容积偏大,对药剂的依赖性加大等。完成了管式膜超滤器的现场试运行,考察并比较了各种气浮方法,确定了包括气浮的污水处理流程,推荐用于沙埝、高集污水处理系统。针对小断块油藏的特点,提出了包括气浮和二级或三级过滤的两个污水处理新工艺,其中推荐用于超低渗油藏的污水处理工艺中,第三级过滤为管式膜超过滤。
Recent improvements and novelties in treating produced water for reservoir floodting in Jiangsu oilfields are presented. The reconstruction of produced water treating systems in Zhenwu and Yangjiaba started in 2005 covers a storage/regulation tank established at the head of the systems for feed water of varying composition in varying amount, deoiling and removal of suspended solids performed in separate tanks with modified inner structure, two or three stage filtration chosen depending upon the requirements to injection water quality by using, in particular, a two chamber fine filter with alternative filter material; as a result, the quality of the treated produced water is improved greatly however the reconstructed treating systems appear to have some disadvantages: prolongated technologic process; voluminous vertical tanks being used; increased dependence upon treating chemicals, etc. The running-in operation of a tube type membrane ultrafilter is performed sucessfully, a comparative survey of floatation methods of water purificatiorrconducted and a produced water treating technology with floatation included is established and recommended as treating system is Shanian and Gaoji. Aimed at craven fault block reservoirs, two novel produced water treating technologies comprising floatation and two or three stage filtration are suggested and the one recommended to ultralow permeability reservoirs covers tube type membrane ultrafilter as the 3rd stage filter.
