摘要
目的研究左氧氟沙星相关不良反应状况及其临床合理使用药物效果。方法对2017年2月—2019年11月本医院采用左氧氟沙星治疗后出现不良反应的136例患者予以对应指标统计,调查患者基本状况及药物使用情况、左氧氟沙星相关不良反应状况、对症用药之后效果。结果女性患者所占百分数和男性患者比较提高,21~64岁患者所占百分数和≤20岁患者、≥65岁患者比较提高,≥65岁患者所占百分数和≤20岁患者比较提高,静脉给药途径患者所占百分数大于口服给药途径患者,给药剂量300 mg患者所占百分数大于给药剂量200 mg、400 mg、600 mg患者,联合用药患者所占百分数大于单一用药患者;不良反应状况主要包含皮肤及附件不良反应、过敏性休克、心血管系统及血液系统不良反应等;停止用药及干预后,75.00%恢复正常,25.00%治愈或好转。结论左氧氟沙星相关不良反应状况有多种,维持其临床合理使用药物可获得良好效果。
Objective To study the adverse reactions related to levofloxacin and the effect of its rational use in clinic.Methods 136 patients who had adverse reactions after treatment with levofloxacin in our hospital from February 2017 to November 2019 were counted according to the corresponding indicators,and the basic situation of patients and drug use,the related adverse reactions of levofloxacin and the effect after treatment were investigated.Results The percentage of female patients increased compared with that of male patients.The percentage of patients aged 21 to 64 years increased compared with patients≤20 years old and patients≥65 years old.The percentage of patients≥65 years old increased compared with patients≤20 years old,the percentage of patients via intravenous administration was larger than that via oral administration,and the percentage of patients via 300 mg administration was larger than that via administration The percentage of patients with 200 mg,400 mg and 600 mg,combined medication was higher than that of patients with single medication;adverse reactions mainly included skin and accessory adverse reactions,anaphylactic shock,cardiovascular system and blood system adverse reactions,etc.;75.00%recovered to normal and 25.00%recovered or improved after discontinuation of medication and intervention.Conclusion There are many kinds of adverse reactions related to levofloxacin,and good results can be obtained by maintaining its clinical rational use of drugs.
