摘要
目的:探讨左氧氟沙星注射液所致不良反应发生的规律和特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对1994～2008年国内公开报道的171例左氧氟沙星注射液致不良反应文献进行统计和分析。结果:不良反应临床表现主要以神经系统不良反应及过敏性休克最为常见,女性多于男性,60岁以上的老年人用药后易发生不良反应;不良反应的发生与剂量相关,以迟发性不良反应为主。结论:应重视左氧氟沙星注射液所致的不良反应,以确保用药安全、有效、经济、合理。
OBJECTIVE： To discuss the regularity and characteristics of the occurrence of adverse drug reactions （ADR） induced by Levofloxacin Injections so as to provide reference for their rational use. METHODS： 171 ADR cases induced by Levofloxacin Injection reported in domestic journals between 1994 and 2008 were collected and analyzed statistically. RESULTS： The ADR induced by Levofloxacin Injections mainly occurred in nervous system and manifested chiefly as anaphylactic shock, and which occurred more in females and senile patients aged above 60. The occurrence of ADR was associated with dosage, usually in a tardive manner. CONCLUSION： Great importance should be attached to the ADR caused by Levofloxacin Injections to ensure safe and effective and rational administration of Levofloxacin Injections.
