摘要
针对某矿井热源改造问题,介绍了矿井热源系统设计内容,给出了系统配置情况。结合系统设计对喷淋换热装置喷水系数、换热效率、喷淋换热阻力进行了分析计算,针对该系统的实际应用情况进行了现场测试分析,得知系统供热在室外环境温度-7.9℃,矿井排风温度11℃,井口送风温度11.5℃,系统较好的满足了供热目的,对指导矿井回风换热供热系统的设计及运行具有参考意义。
This paper introduces the design and configuration of the heat source system for a mine.Combined with system design for coefficient of water jet spray heat exchange device,in thermal efficiency,spray heat resistance has carried on the analysis and calculation,for the practical application of this system has carried on the field test and analysis,the system heating in the outdoor environment temperature-7.9℃,the mine exhaust temperature of 11℃,wellhead supply air temperature is 11.5℃,system better meet the heating purpose,to guide the mine return air heat exchange has reference significance for the design and operation of the heating system.
