摘要 为进一步降低企业生产成本,有效实现节能降耗,对玻纤拉丝作业区空调系统回风做有效利用,即通过喷水室喷淋循环水来对含有浸润剂、毛羽等拉丝空调回风做净化处理。研究表明,拉丝空调回风净化后焓值较新风低,有利用价值,以一台100000m3/h风量的空调来净化拉丝空调回风,每小时运行节约60.9元。 For further reducing the production cost and energy consumption, the return air from the air conditioning system in the glass fiber drawing department has been efficiently utilized by means of cleaning the return air contai- ning sizing agent and fiber fuzz by scrubbing the air with circulated water in the scrubbing room. The study has shown that the enthalpy of the cleaned return air is lower than that of fresh air, making the return air valuable for reuse. By cleaning the return air from a 100 000 m^3/h air conditioner, energy valued at 60.9 yuan can be saved per hour.
