摘要
针对喷水室的通用热交换效率,通过大量的实测数据确定了靶式喷嘴喷水室的主要影响因素为空气质量流速、喷水压力、喷嘴孔径和喷嘴间距。设计正交试验得出这4个因素的影响程度并得出其最佳组合。由多元回归方程验证了正交试验法的可信度。
For the general heat exchange efficiency of spray chamber, testing results show that the main influencing factors of target-type nozzle spray chamber are the air mass flow rates, water spray pressures, nozzle diameters and nozzle spacing. Based on orthogonal experiment, obtains the influencing level of the factors and the optimal combination. Verifies the reliability of the orthogonal experiment method by multiple regression equations.
