摘要
鉴于现有深冷试验机无法在深冷试验过程中,同时对材料施加多维振动处理。提出了一种解耦性较好的三平移并联振动台,完成了以PLC为控制器的控制系统设计以及人机交互界面的设计。该振动台可以在材料的深冷试验过程中,同时对材料进行多维振动处理和顺序振动处理。
In view of the fact that the existing cryogenic testing machine cannot apply multi-dimensional vibration processing to the material at the same time during the cryogenic test,this paper proposes a three translational parallel vibration table with good decoupling,and completes the design of the PLC-based control system.As well as the design of the human-computer interaction interface,the vibration table can simultaneously perform multi-dimensional vibration processing or sequential vibration processing on the material during the cryogenic test.
