摘要 通过对螺杆钻具的易损部件万向节花瓣20CrMnTi渗碳钢进行系统地试验研究,针对深冷处理前、后20CrMnTi渗碳钢力学性能和组织结构的对比分析,对深冷处理后20CrMnTi渗碳钢性能的提升进行探讨,寻求延长螺杆钻具寿命的工艺。 The system experimental investigation of screw drill vulnerable parts of universal joint petals material 20CrMnTi was carried out. The mechanical properties and microstructure of 20CrMnTi steel before and after cryogenic treatment were comparatively analyzed. The performance improvement of 20CrMnTi steel after cryogenic treatment was discussed. The process of extending screw drill worklife was found.
