摘要 提出了一种改进的利用液体制冷剂过冷热的双蒸发器交替除霜空气源热泵系统,其基本原理是2组蒸发器按顺序运行并结霜,利用冷凝器出口高温高压制冷剂液体与旁通的压缩机排气混合后的热量对处于除霜状态的蒸发器进行除霜,另一组蒸发器继续充当原本角色,以保证蒸发器在除霜的同时系统维持稳定供热运行。介绍了系统除霜模式的运行流程,对系统过冷热除霜的可行性进行了理论计算分析,分析了不同环境参数对除霜耗时的影响,并与逆循环除霜系统的性能进行了对比分析。 Proposes an improved air-source heat pump system with alternate defrosting double evaporators using supercooled heat of liquid refrigerant.The basic principle is that the two sets of evaporators are operated in sequence and frosted,and one evaporator in the defrosting state is defrosted using the heat mixed by the condenser outlet high temperature and high pressure refrigerant liquid and the bypass compressor exhaust gas.The other evaporator operates as original to ensure the system maintaining a stable heating operation.Presents the operation process of the system defrost mode.Carries out theoretical calculation and analysis on the feasibility of the refrigerant of supercooled heat defrosting method.Analyses the influence of different environmental parameters on the defrosting time.Compares the performance of the system with that of the reverse cycle defrosting system.
