摘要
从云芝中提取云芝菌丝体多糖。在单因素试验基础上,采用L9(3^4)正交试验确定最佳提取工艺。试验结果表明:在料液比1∶30(g/mL)、温度90℃、提取时间4 h、pH7的条件下,云芝菌丝体多糖得率最高,为8.16%。
Mycelium polysaccharide was extracted from Coriolus versicolor.On the basis of single factor experiment,the best extraction process was determined by using L9(3^4)orthogonal test.The results showed that under the conditions of 1∶30(g/mL)solid-liquid ratio,90℃ extraction temperature,4 h extraction time and pH 7,the extraction rate of polysaccharides from C.versicolor mycelia was the optimal,which was 8.16%.
