摘要
耳部皮瓣因其色泽、质地及供区隐蔽等特点可作为修复头面部损伤的重要手段和皮瓣供区。恰当使用耳部皮瓣在头面部修复中至关重要。该文通过对耳部血管及其血管交通支特点和耳部皮瓣的应用进行综述,为耳部皮瓣临床设计和使用提供解剖参考。
Because of its color,texture and concealment of the donor area,the peri-auricular flap can be used as an important means to repair craniofacial injury.The proper use of peri-auricular flap is the key point in craniofacial repair.In this paper,the characteristics of ear vessels and the surrounding communicated branches,as well as the flap were reviewed,so as to provide anatomical reference for clinical design and application of peri-auricular flap.
