摘要
目的观察阅读者(Reading man)皮瓣修复头面部皮肤软组织肿瘤手术缺损的效果。方法将120例头面部皮肤软组织肿瘤手术缺损患者随机分为对照组(行脂肪蒂皮瓣修复)和研究组(行Reading man皮瓣修复),每组60例。比较2组切口愈合率、皮瓣成活率、皮瓣修复效果、生活质量。结果2组切口愈合率、皮瓣成活率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。修复后6个月,2组皮瓣功能、美观度、色泽评分均较同组修复前提高,且研究组皮瓣功能、美观度、色泽评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。修复后6个月,2组生活质量综合评定量表(GQOL-74)的物质生活、社会功能、心理功能、躯体功能维度评分均较修复前提高,且研究组GQOL-74各维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Reading man皮瓣应用在头面部皮肤软组织肿瘤手术缺损中,可提高皮瓣修复效果和患者生活质量,是修复头面部皮肤软组织肿瘤的一种有效方法。
Objective To observe the effect of reading man flap in repairing surgical defects of skin and soft tissue tumors of the head and face.Methods A total of 120 patients with surgical defects of skin and soft tissue tumors of the head and face were randomly divided into control group(treated with fatty pedicle flap repair)and study group(treated with reading man flap repair),with 60 cases in each group.The incision healing rate,flap survival rate,flap repair effect,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the incision healing rate and flap survival rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Six months after the repair,the scores of flap function,aesthetics and color in both groups improved significantly compared with those before the repair in the same group,and the flap function,aesthetics and color scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Six months after the repair,the scores of material life,social function,psychological function,and physical function dimensions of the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOL-74)in both groups improved significantly compared with those before the repair,and the score of each dimension of the GQOL-74 in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of reading man flap in surgical defects of skin and soft tissue tumors of the head and face can improve the flap repair effect and the quality of life of patients,and it is an effective method for repairing skin and soft tissue tumors of the head and face.
