摘要
目的探讨应用颞浅动脉蒂岛状皮瓣修复眉缺损的方法。方法本组18例眉缺损,全部应用颞浅动脉蒂岛状皮瓣予以修复。结果本组18例全部经过一次手术而获修复,术后眉部形态和质地均良好。结论应用颞浅动脉蒂岛状皮瓣修复眉缺损具有较大的优越性,有利于局部组织形态的恢复。
Objective To study the reconstitution of eyebrow with superficial temporal artery island skin flap. Methods Superficial temporal artery island skin flaps were utilized to reconstruct the eyebrow defect caused by burn in 18 cases. Results All of the 18 cases were reconstructed by operation for the first time, and the outlines and the texture were ideal.Conclusion It is advantageous to restore the outline and texture of eyebrow, utiIizing superficial temporal artery island skin flap to reconstruct the eyebrow.
