幼儿园区域教师研修共同体的建构与评价 被引量:12

摘要 幼儿园区域教师研修共同体是一定区域范围内的幼儿园基于其教师发展的共同目标而组成的民间专业组织,它可以有效促进教师的专业发展和提升幼儿园的教育教学质量。由于此种研修共同体具有自治、开放、灵活等特征,其建构应注重确立共同体成员之间相同的价值观和发展愿景,根据实际需要开展各类研修活动,并通过加强专业引领来提升研修活动的质量。持续对区域研修共同体进行评价是确保其研修活动有效实施的重要手段,应由多元评价主体采取多种评价方法,从成员结构、文化浸润、活动促进、专业引领、评价激励等方面对共同体自身的构建水平进行评价,从目标定位、内容构成、组织方式、过程状态、教师发展等方面对其开展的具体研修活动进行评价,由此切实发挥共同体促进区域内幼儿园共同发展的功能。 Kindergarten regional research and study community is a folk professional development organization composed of kindergartens based on common goals in a certain region that can effectively promote the professional development of teachers and improve the quality of kindergarten education.Due to its autonomy,openness,flexibility and other characteristics,the construction of such community should pay attention to the establishment of common values and vision among its members,carry out various research activities according to the actual needs,and improve the quality of research activities by strengthening professional guidance.The evaluation of the community is an important means to ensure the effective implementation of its research and study activities.The practical level of the community should be evaluated from the perspective of the regional research and study community itself and the specific research and study activities that it has organized and implemented.
