摘要
区域幼儿园教研共同体对促进区域内幼儿园教师专业发展和幼儿园教育均衡发展具有重要价值。当前区域幼儿园教研共同体面临着过度行政化、活动流于形式等困境。在场域视角下,区域幼儿园教研共同体应体现自身独特的运行逻辑,让各行动主体自主设计与实施教研活动、自主评价教研过程与效果,实现各行动主体在此场域中文化资本的增值。为此,教育管理部门应弱化对区域教研共同体的行政干预,柔化区位边界,调试共同体的结构,平衡资本投入,畅通各行动主体交互的渠道。
The regional kindergarten teaching and research community is a self-organizing form,which is of great value in promoting the professional development of kindergarten teachers and the balanced development of kindergarten education in the region.The application of the Field Theory is helpful to construct the subjectivity of the teaching and research community and increase its cultural capital,including clearing management authority,softening the location boundary,and smoothing channels for community interaction.
