摘要
制造业强国发展战略强化了工匠精神的作用和意义,工匠精神得到了社会各阶层的广泛认同,并且在社会中得到了大力的提倡。高职院校的教学目标就是为社会培养一大批应用型技术人才,这是促进我国制造业现代化发展的基础。将工匠精神融入到这些高职院校大学生的思想政治教育活动中,能够有效培养学生的职业素养,提高职业院校的教学质量。现阐释了工匠精神与高职思想政治教育的统一性,剖析了工匠精神与高职思想政治教育有效融合过程中存在的问题,在此基础上探讨了将工匠精神融入高职院校思想政治教育的现实路径。
The development strategy of manufacturing power strengthens the role and significance of craftsman spirit, which has been widely recognized by all levels of society and vigorously advocated in society. The teaching goal of higher vocational colleges is to cultivate a large number of applied technical talents for the society, which is the basis of promoting the modernization of China’s manufacturing industry. To integrate the spirit of craftsman into the ideological and political education activities of these vocational colleges can effectively cultivate students’ professional quality and improve the teaching quality of vocational colleges. This paper expounds the unity of craftsman spirit and ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the problems existing in the process of effective integration of craftsman spirit and ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, and on this basis, discusses the practical path of integrating craftsman spirit into ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.
