摘要
姜荷花(Curcuma alsimatifolia)为泰国引进的热带新兴花卉,目前姜荷花品种主要依赖进口,国内缺乏自主知识产权新品种,且品种多样性不足.为选育具有自主知识产权的姜荷花新品种,增加姜荷花品种多样性,本实验以30份不同姜荷花品种作为亲本进行杂交授粉,初步分析不同亲本之间的杂交亲和性及其杂交种子重量、种子纵径、横径之间的差异.结果表明:初步设计的122组杂交组合最终得到27个杂交组合种子,以“黄色梦幻”“桑巴”“红衣少女”“日出”“荷兰红”“白雪公主”和“清迈粉”作为亲本更容易获得杂交种子,姜荷花杂交种子为肾脏形,自然状态下休眠期可达8个月,播种前宜进行催芽处理.本研究为姜荷花新品种选育及其遗传育种研究提供了参考.
Curcuma alsimatifolia is new product in China,which is introduced from Thailand,and the varieties of C.alsimatifolia mainly rely on import.New varieties with independent intellectual property rights are short in China.Meanwhile,the diversity of C.alsimatifolia varieties is insufficient.To breeding new varieties of C.alsimatifolia with independent intellectual property rights,and to increase the diversity of C.alsimatifolia varieties,thirty varieties of C.alsimatifolia were used as parents for hybrid breeding.The cross compatibility between different parents,the weight of hybrid seeds,seed length and seed width were preliminary analyzed in this study.122 hybridized combinations were carried out in the study and seeds of 27 hybridized combinations were successfully obtained.Seven varieties,Such as Siam TM Sitrone,Siam TM Samba,Siam TM Scarlet,Siam TM Sunrise,Holland Red,Snow white and Chiang Mai Pink,could be used as parents to increase efficiency of hybrid breeding in the following researches.The shape of C.alsimatifolia hybrid seeds is reniform.Dormancy period of C.alsimatifolia hybrid seeds could be up to 8 months in natural state.To shorten the germination time of C.alsimatifolia hybrid seeds and to promote the efficiency of breeding process,accelerating germination treatment should be done before sowing the seeds.This study laid the foundation for new varieties breeding and genetic study of C.alsimatifolia.
