摘要
使用筛选出的5对ISSR引物,对由东方百合优良品种‘Sorbonne’、‘Tiber’和‘Cobra’为亲本的4对杂交组合获得的40个杂交后代指纹进行了分析,利用NTSYSpc软件UPGMA聚类构建的遗传关系能够较好地反映其亲缘关系。其中,编号为P23和P21的引物是本试验中鉴定的分辨率较高的ISSR引物。
Forty progenies obtained from 4 combinations of crosses among 3 oriental lily cuhivars ＇ Sorbonne＇ , ＇ Tiber＇ and ＇ Cobra＇ were analyzed with the screened 5 pairs of ISSR primers. The genetic relationships constructed with UPGMA method of NTSY Spc software quite shows their linage relationship. And the primers numbered with P23 and P21 possess relatively high resolution in the present research.
