透射电镜在应用型本科实验教学中的应用探索 被引量:3

摘要 针对透射电子显微镜(Transmission Electron Microscope,简称TEM)在本科实验教学中存在的问题,探索了以探微索隐、SPOC和OBE理念为元素的实验模式对TEM的实验教学进行改革。实践证明该实验教学方法可激发学生的学习热情,提高教学质量,提升学生的综合能力,同时可为先进大型仪器在本科实验教学中的应用提供一定的借鉴。 Aiming at the problems of transmission electron microscope(TEM) in the undergraduate experiment teaching, this paper explores the experimental teaching mode of the combination of exploration, SPOC and OBE concept as the elements, and carries out the experimental teaching reform. Practice has proved that this experimental teaching method can stimulate the students’ learning enthusiasm, improve the teaching quality, and enhance the students’ comprehensive ability. At the same time, it would provide reference for the application of advanced large-scale instruments in undergraduate experimental teaching.
