摘要
以贵阳市为例,利用在贵阳市政府数据开放平台及中国知网下载的相关数据,从影响贵阳市居民的生活、环境、卫生、医疗等因素入手,对近10年各项指标值使用熵值权重法赋予权重,再根据隶属函数做归一化处理,求出隶属矩阵,根据权重与隶属矩阵的乘积得出最后的模糊综合评价模型。通过该模型分析贵阳市居民健康水平的现状及发展趋势,实现对贵阳市居民健康水平发展趋势的定量动态分析。
Taking Guiyang as an example,this paper uses the relevant data downloaded from Guiyang government data open platform and CNKI,considering the factors that affects Guiyang city′s life,such as environment,health,medical care,etc.In this paper,entropy weight method is used to give weight to each index value in recent ten years,and the membership matrix is obtained by normalization according to membership function.The final fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is obtained by the product of weight and membership matrix.This model is used to analyze the current situation and development trend of Guiyang residents′health level,and to realize the quantitative dynamic analysis of the development trend of Guiyang residents′health level.
