观点冲突性信息对功能性食品购买倾向的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 近年来许多食品厂商都引入了"功能性食品"的概念,并声称这些食品具有某些特定的生理功能。当有关食品中营养元素的功能出现相互冲突的信息时,消费者会如何反应?很少有研究直接探讨这些问题。实验研究表明:(1)当有关功能性食品健康声称的有效性存在相互冲突(相对于互补)的信息时,消费者的功能性食品购买倾向更低。(2)在互补的信息条件下,高健康意识的消费者比低健康意识的消费者,其购买功能性食品的倾向更高;在冲突的信息条件下,高健康意识的消费者比低健康意识的消费者,其购买功能性食品的倾向更低。
