New process of countercurrent incineration and high temperature melting of hazardous waste

摘要 目前危险废物处置以焚烧、安全填埋及综合利用为主,而危险废物焚烧灰渣仍需安全填埋处置,如何取消对安全填埋的依赖是困扰行业的难题。中国恩菲提出危险废物"逆流焚烧-高温熔融"新工艺,该工艺主要包括危险废物预处理、逆流焚烧及高温熔融,高温熔融炉烟气直接进入回转式焚烧炉,熔渣直接水淬作为建筑材料综合利用,彻底解决了危险废物炉渣填埋占地难题。该工艺具有环保好、能耗低、资源化等诸多优势,将推动环保行业技术进步。 At present,the disposal of hazardous waste includes incineration,safe landfill and comprehensive utilization. However,the incineration ash of hazardous waste still needs to be disposed of in a safe landfill. How to eliminate the dependence on safe landfill is a problem that puzzles the industry and a hot issue in the industry research.ENFI puts forward a new process of "countercurrent incineration-high temperature melting",which mainly includes hazardous waste pretreatment,countercurrent incineration and high temperature melting. The flue gas of the hightemperature melting furnace directly enters the rotary incinerator,and the direct water quenching of the molten slag is comprehensively used as a building material,that completely solve the problem of landfilling of hazardous waste slag.This process has many advantages such as good environmental protection,low energy consumption,and resource utilization,which will promote the technological progress of the environmental protection industry.
