危险废弃物因其对环境极大的破坏性,以及对人类和牲畜健康的巨大威胁而需特殊处理。热处理法是最有效的危险废弃物处理方法,而回转窑是危险废弃物处理中最有效的设备。介绍了回转窑处理危险废物在国内外的应用现状,在分析各种回转窑特点的基础上,总结出了当前最适合处理危险废物的回转窑的形式。结合工程实际,详细介绍了回转窑处理危险废物系统的设计过程,并对回转窑处理危险废物工程焚烧系统中出现的常见问题进行了深入的剖析。
Hazardous waste needs proper treatment for its huge danger to environment and health of human beings and animals. Thermal treatment is considered to be the most effective method to dispose hazardous waste and rotary kiln is the most suitable facility for its versatile to handle all kinds of hazardous waste. The technology of utilizing rotary kiln to dispose hazardous waste at home and abroad and its latest progress made in this field were reviewed. Based on characteristics of all kinds of rotary kiln,the most suitable rotary kiln form for disposing hazardous waste was summarized. With project practice,detailed designing process of disposing hazardous waste was discussed. Finally,the most familiar problems in utilizing rotary kiln to dispose hazardous waste were analyzed.
