摘要 窑皮对延长危险废物焚烧回转窑耐火砖寿命有非常关键的作用,在线红外热成像测温系统应用于回转窑筒体表面温度实时监测与分析。本文基于在线红外热成像测温系统,采集与分析生产工艺数据,结果表明在线红外热成像测温系统能够保证回转窑筒体外表测温的实时性与长久性,监控窑皮的建立和运行。 Adhering coating is very critical to extend the service time of refractory bricks of rotary kiln. Online infrared thermal imaging measurement system has been applied to real-time monitoring and analysis of surface temperature of rotary kiln tube body. In this paper Based on online infrared thermal imaging measurement, process data was collected and analyzed, the results showed that online infrared thermal imaging measurementsystem could not only guarantee real time and longevity of surface temperature of rotary kiln tube body, but also monitorbuilding and operation of adhering coating.
