摘要
为了优化柴胡总皂苷的最佳提取工艺,本试验以提取时间、料液比、PH、溶剂浓度为自变量,以柴胡总皂苷含量为因变量,采用L 9(34)正交试验表进行试验。各因素对试验结果影响顺序为:提取时间>料液比>PH>溶剂浓度。得出柴胡总皂苷的最佳提取工艺为:75%的乙醇,8倍料液比,PH在8~9之间,提取3小时。
In order to optimize the extraction process of total saponins from Bupleurum chinense.Taking extracting time,solid-liquid ratio,pH and solvent strength as independent variables,and taking the total saponins from Bupleurum chinense as dependent variable,L9(34)orthogonal experimental table was used to carry out the experiment.The results showed that the influence degree of those factors to total saponins from Bupleurum chinense was:extracting time>solid-liquid ratio>pH>solvent strength.The best process condition was as follows:75%ethanol,eight times solid-liquid ratio,pH=8~9,and the extracting time 3 h.
