摘要
探讨了柴胡合理的醇沉工艺,采用薄层扫描法,以柴胡皂甙a为检测指标,考察了不同醇沉浓度对柴胡皂甙a含量的影响。结果表明,采用60%醇沉浓度为最佳工艺。
Rational processing for the alcoholic precipitation of saikosaponin from Chaihu was studied by the use of TLC densitometry. The concentration of alcohol for the optimum yield of saikosaponin A was found to be 60%.
