摘要
目的研究枣仁安神胶囊联合帕利哌酮缓释片治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法选取2018年9月—2019年9月在天津市安定医院治疗的80例精神分裂症患者。将患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各40例。对照组患者口服帕利哌酮缓释片,1片/次,1次/d;治疗组患者在对照组基础上口服枣仁安神胶囊,5粒/次,1次/d。两组患者持续治疗2个月。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较两组的个人和社会功能量表(PSP)评分、阴性和阳性症状量表(PANSS)评分、生活质量综合评定量表(GQOLI-74)评分、血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和神经营养因子3(NT-3)水平。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率(95.00%)显著高于对照组(77.50%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组PSP评分、GQOLI-74评分明显升高,PANSS评分明显降低(P<0.05);且治疗组PSP评分、GQOLI-74评分明显高于对照组,PANSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清IL-6水平显著降低,血清NT-3水平明显升高(P<0.05);并且治疗组改善较明显(P<0.05)。结论枣仁安神胶囊联合帕利哌酮缓释片治疗精神分裂症具有较好的疗效,可改善临床症状,降低血清炎性因子水平。
Objective To study the efficacy of Zaoren Anshen Capsules combined with Paliperidone Extended-Release Tablets in treatment of schizophrenia.Methods Patients(80 cases)with schizophrenia in Tianjin Anding Hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups,and each group had 40 cases.Patients in the control group were po administered with Paliperidone Extended-Release Tablets,1 tablet/time,once daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Zaoren Anshen Capsules on the basis of the control group,5 grains/time,once daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 2 months.After treatment,the clinical efficacies were evaluated,and PSP score,PANSS score,GQOLI-74 score,the levels of IL-6 and NT-3 in two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.50%)(P<0.05).After treatment,PSP score and GQOLI-74 score of two groups were significantly increased,but PANSS score of two groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05);And the PSP score and the GQOLI-74 score of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group,but the PANSS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IL-6 in two groups were significantly decreased,but the serum levels of NT-3 in two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05);And the indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zaoren Anshen Capsules combined with Paliperidone Extended-Release Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of schizophrenia,can improve the clinical symptoms,and reduce the serum level of inflammatory factors.
