摘要
目的探讨阿立哌唑对奥氮平致女性精神分裂症患者泌乳素(PRL)高的影响。方法选择2020年3月至2022年3月九江市第五人民医院收治的96例女性精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各48例。对照组采用奥氮平治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用阿立哌唑。比较两组患者的PRL水平变化、精神病性症状及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的PRL水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗1、2个月后的PRL水平均高于治疗前,观察组治疗1、2个月后的PRL水平均低于治疗前,且低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的精神病性症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的精神病性症状评分均低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组患者治疗后的精神病性症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论女性精神分裂症患者采用奥氮平治疗能够有效缓解患者症状,但加用阿立哌唑可降低PRL水平,且不会增加不良反应,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Aripiprazole on high prolactin(PRL)in Olanzapine induced female schizophrenia.Methods From March 2020 to March 2022,a total of 96 female schizophrenics admitted to the Fifth People's Hospital of Jiujiang were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Olanzapine,and the observation group was additionally treated with Aripiprazole on the basis of control group.The changes of PRL level,psychotic symptoms,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in PRL level between two groups(P>0.05).The PRL level of the control group after 1 and 2 months of treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the PRL level of the observation group after 1 and 2 months of treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of psychotic symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of psychotic symptoms in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there were no significant differences in the scores of psychotic symptoms between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Olanzapine can effectively relieve the symptoms of female schizophrenia patients,but the addition of aripiprazole can reduce the level of PRL without increasing adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical wide application.
