摘要
枣仁安神方是中医补心养肝、安神益智的代表方剂,具有镇静、催眠、抗焦虑及抗抑郁等众多药理作用,现代临床上多用于治疗失眠、神经衰弱证,或联合用药以改善神经系统疾病、心血管疾病的伴随性症状。笔者通过对枣仁安神方的化学成分、药理作用、临床研究及质量控制的研究进展进行归纳整理,并从质量传递与溯源、成分有效性、成分特有性、成分可测性及复方配伍环境5个方面对枣仁安神方质量标志物(Q-marker)进行预测分析,结果证明酸枣仁皂苷A、斯皮诺素、白桦脂酸、五味子甲素、五味子醇甲等9个化学成分可作为枣仁安神方的质量标志物,为现代中药方剂枣仁安神方的全过程质量溯源体系的建立以及质量控制提供参考依据。
Zaoren Anshen Priscription(ZAP)is a representative formula of Chinese medicine to tonify the heart,nourish the liver,tranquilize the mind and benefit the intellect.It has many pharmacological effects such as sedation,hypnosis,anti-anxiety,and anti-depression.Clinically,it is mostly used for the treatment of insomnia and neurasthenia,or used in combination to improve the accompanying symptoms of neurological diseases and cardiovascular diseases.In this study,the progress of chemical composition,pharmacological effect,clinical research and quality control of ZAP were summarized in recent years,and conducted predictive analysis on the quality markers(Q-marker)of ZAP from five aspects:quality transfer and traceability,component effectiveness,component specificity,component measurability and compound compatibility.The results show that jujuboside A,spinosin,betulinic acid,schisandrin A,schisandrin B can be used as the Q-markers of ZAP,so as to provide a reference for the establishment of the whole-process Q-traceability system and the quality control of ZAP.
