泡菜作为一种国民食品,其中亚硝酸盐的含量一直备受人们关注。本文主要研究泡菜的安全现状及相关检测方法,以期为泡菜的生产安全提供理论基础,促进产业的更好发展。
As a kind of national food,the content of nitrite in pickle has attracted a great deal of researcher interest.This article has mainly studied the safety status and related detection methods of pickles.Through this study,it can provide a theoretical basis for the production safety of pickles,but also gives some suggestions for industry development.
