摘要
以石墨烯为吸附剂制备固相萃取柱,研究影响萃取柱萃取效率的因素.以8-(3’,4’-二氨基苯)-二氟化硼-二吡咯甲烷为荧光探针,在30℃、酸性条件下,与亚硝酸根反应15 min后生成荧光衍生产物.衍生产物经固相萃取后用荧光光度法进行测定,建立了一种荧光光谱法灵敏测定亚硝酸盐的新方法.方法的线性范围为0.2~200 nmol/L.当信噪比等于3时,方法的检出限为0.08 nmol/L.将该方法用于食品中亚硝酸盐的测定,加标回收率为94.0%~110.4%.
An efficient solid-phase extraction column was fabricated using graphene as adsorbent.Some factors affecting the extraction efficiency were studied.Fluorescent production was produced after 8-(3’,4’-diaminophenyl)-difluoroboradiaza-s-indacene as fluorescent probe reacted with nitrite in aqueous medium at 30 ℃ for 15 min.A new spectrofluorimetry method was developed for the sensitive determination of nitrite after extracting nitrite derivative.The response was a linear function of concentration in the range of 0.2-200 nmol/L.The detection limit was calculated to be 0.08 nmol/L(RSN=3).The proposed method was used to determine the content of nitrite in food samples with the recoveries of 94.0%-110.4%.
